Notes for Authors


If your abstract has been accepted as a contributed paper for presentation at CCWI2005 and for publication in the conference proceedings and CD, please complete the following points for full paper submission.

A selection of the full papers will be published in a special issue of the Water Management Journal (Part of the Proceedings of the Institution of Civil Engineers).

 

1.

Download the MS Word Template

The template for your full paper can be downloaded from the Paper Format webpage.

We cannot include papers in the conference proceedings and CD that are
not in the proper format.
 

2.

Submit your Paper

To submit your paper, please send both an MSWord and PDF file to the email address ccwi2005@exeter.ac.uk.

PDF converters are available for download on our Links webpage.

The deadline for full paper submission is 1st June 2005.
 

3.

Register

Papers will only be accepted for the conference if at least one author per paper has registered.  The Registration Form can be downloaded from
the Registration webpage.

Please complete the Registration Form for the conference and fax it to the
Centre for Water Systems, University of Exeter, Fax No: +44 (0)1392
263646.

 

4.

Fees

Papers will only be accepted for the conference if at least one author per paper has paid the early registration fee by completing the payment details in the Registration Form above.
 

5.

Publishing Agreement

Papers will only be accepted for the conference if at least one author per paper has signed the Publishing Agreement. The Permission to Publish form can be downloaded from the Paper Format webpage.

Please complete the Permission to Publish Form and fax it to Fax No: +44 (0)1392 263646.
