How do I change a previous years mark?
-
The marking year can be changed from the default, which is the
current academic session, to any previous year on the "Select
Assessment Item" form that precedes the various marking grids.
So, from either "Examinations & Assessments \ Module Assessment
Marking" or from "Examinations & Assessments \ Pre Exam
Board \ External Marks Update" select the required module.
On the "Select Assessment Item" form that appears, choose the
item of assessment or the Overall Module Mark item, as appropriate.
Change the academic year value in the bottom left-hand corner of
the form. Click the [OK] button. You will now be seeing marks from
the requested year, confirmation of the year appears on the left
of the action bar of the marking grid form.
