Aim of the Network
To
set up a well managed Network to promote research into Deterministic Sea
Wave Prediction (DSWP) and enable its practical application.

Method
To establish a well managed Network of academics,
government researchers, engineering companies and commercial end users that is
able to carry out two main functions.

To identify and work on the existing
and future engineering research and development issues needed to assure that
DSWP can reach an applications stage. |

To promote DSWP both in terms of
helping secure development resources and to introduce the concept to potential
users.

Deliverables
Multi-disciplinary
collaborative
research proposals leading towards a full technology demonstrator, technical
publications and dissemination of the DSWP concept to end users and throughout
the research community.
