Health Exercise and Lifestyle Planning (HELP) is developed to provide service to the
public with assistance from the University of Exeter. HELP provides a specialist setting for rehabilitation
purposes. The facility is designed to enhance health and well being through lifestyle modifications, using exercise

Our Mission |
To
reduce morbidity and mortality within the the UK and eventually worldwide. We
aim to achieve this by helping individuals in need and eventually provide a source of
income for charities that have links with many of the diseases targeted here. |
Group Profile |
My name is Andrew Soundy, I am currently undertaking a PhD in Physical Activity and
Psychological Well being. The specialist knowledge from this research
scholarship has allowed a unique opportunity to provide a service
to individuals with two public health problems, which are becoming more frequently diagnosed within
the UK. My Interest focuses towards chronic
ill health, including individuals who are directly affected by
 | Mental Health Problems (Stress, Anxiety, Depression) |
 | Individuals who have suffered a Stroke |
The aim of the service to provide the latest scientific research to help individuals on a personal
level achieve realistic targets to improve their quality of
life. The services extend to all those interested in maintaining health and
promoting well-being.
