The Jurassic Coast is England's first natural World Heritage site due to its outstanding geology which represents 185 million years of earth history displaying superb Jurassic, Triassic and Cretaceous rocks. The coast is stunningly beautiful with natural features of landslides, beaches, bays and cliffs. Dolphins and seabirds are frequently seen. Donald Campbell, renowned ornithologist, will be aboard. We plan to stop off for 3 hours at Lyme Regis, putting in to the famous cob, giving opportunity to visit pubs for lunch, the museum and endless fossil shops. or exploration of Monmouth beach and Black Ven for fossils. The boat is specially designed to get close to the cliffs providing excellent viewing of the features as they are described. There is a bar on board that also serves food - sandwiches etc.and hot drinks or you can bring some food with you. Wheather permiting, this will be a magnificant trip.
