At the Feele Lab, we conduct research into how people make decisions, for which we require volunteers. You don't need any specials skills or attributes, nor do you need to know anything about economics. Participants usually receive a cash reward.
During a typical economic experiment, you will be placed in a situation where you have to make decisions. You might be bidding at an auction or negotiating with another participant. The size of your reward depends on the decisions you make, on the decisions of others, and on an element of good fortune.
Experiments are held during term-time at our lab in Streatham Court on the main campus; most last between 45 and 90 minutes.
If you want to volunteer, you must first Register with us by clicking on the link top left. We will then send you emails notifying you of upcoming experiments which may be of interest. Registering does not commit you to anything and you may at any time elect not to receive further emails from us. If you do wish to participate in a particular experiment, then you must follow the instructions in the email to book a time; we normally offer you a choice of times but you may book only one.
The Feele lab uses the ORSEE Online Recruitment System for Economic Experiments.
