Your health and safety is our prime concern whilst performing laboratory experiments, please therefore take the time to read the rules and regulations of the laboratory.

Laboratory rules

1. Appropriate, clean exercise clothing must be worn to each session - clean training shoes or similar; shorts, tracksuit or jogging bottoms; polo shirt, T-shirt, clean rugby shirt or sweatshirt
2. No food or drink is to be consumed in the laboratory
3. Do not exercise within 1 hour of eating a meal
4. Be aware of others and equipment in the laboratory
5. A PAR-Q and consent form must be filled in prior to each session that you are the exercising subject
6. If you are unsure about how a piece of equipment works - please ask
7. If you feel unwell please inform a member of staff
8. You work as a team within the laboratory. Everyone has responsibility for the care and safety of all other people.
