Creating Heritage Artefacts for Research and Teaching in an E-Repositor
This JISC Circular prompted applications from English and Welsh institutions for projects designed to enhance or develop digital resources for research and teaching.
Exeter’s original proposal to JISC is available here. It sets out the ideas and motivation behind the project. Revisions to the proposal approved by JISC are embedded in the CHARTER Project Plan.
On receipt of the funding award from JISC, the Project Manager completed the University’s internal documentation to start up a project, called a Project Initiation Document.
Within 1 month of the start date, the JISC require all projects to submit a Project Plan. The Project Plan translates the original application for funds in to a practical working document that sets out the standards, management and technical methodology the project will employ.
The Project Team and Project Board agendas and minutes will be made available on this website as the project proceeds as well Project Manager Reports..
The Communications Plan for the CHARTER project can be found by clicking the link above..
