The Geoffrey Pope Building (GPB) is the central hub of the School of Biosciences, housing many of the School's research laboratories; being one of the tallest buildings on the Streatham campus it has magnificent views of the Exe Valley, making the walk to GPB a good start to each day. GPB benefits from a new state-of-the-art microscopy suite containing scanning and transmission electron microscope and the recent installation of a new Bioinformatics Computer Suite. Exeter, Devon, is a historic cathedral city about 2.5 hrs west of London and is famous for its quality of life and beautiful nearby countryside. (Google map link)
