Developing Digital Scholars
Every aspect of scholarship, from data collection to developing a research career, is influenced by digital media and methods. The Exeter Cascade project has been working with postgraduate researchers to better understand the role that technology plays in scholarship, and to support a more critical and reflective use of digital methods in the research process. These materials have been developed in partnership with emerging digital researchers. You will find something here for you if you are:
- a research student
- a taught student undertaking research and research-like activities e.g. a dissertation, masters project or third-year research project
- an established researcher looking to make better use of digital technologies
You are also welcome to use these materials if you support research students, for example as a supervisor or researcher developer. All are available under a Creative Commons license for repurposing and re-use.
