Teaching Resources

International students

This resource is intended to support students through the transition to learning and finding support in a highly digital study environment. It was designed for arriving international students by a masters student at Exeter University, and includes links that are institution-specific.

However, much of the advice offered here is relevant to students arriving to study at any UK HE institution. Different educational cultures produce students with different preferences and expectations, including different digital cultures, which was an important motive for developing this resource.

However, all students can benefit from an awareness of how they will be studying, what devices and systems they will be using, and how best to prepare themselves before they arrive.
